Where do you ship?

To the United States only.

How long does delivery take?

8–15 days. Products ship directly from our suppliers' warehouses.

Will my order arrive in one package?

Not always. Orders with several items may arrive in more than one package.

How much is shipping?

The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Returns and the 30-day guarantee

What if an item arrives damaged or wrong?

Send us a photo through our contact page within 30 days of delivery. We will refund or replace it.

Can I return something I changed my mind about?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, if it is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Products

Are the toys safe to leave with my dog?

We recommend supervised play with every toy. Remove any toy that is torn or broken.

On each product page, under Product details, when the information is confirmed.
