Our 30-day guarantee

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to tell us about a problem.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

Contact us within 30 days of delivery through our contact page and include a photo of the item. We will refund or replace it. You do not need to send the item back.

Changed your mind

Contact us within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. We will send you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer. We refund to your original payment method after the item arrives.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we approve them. Your bank may take a few more days to show the refund.
