Where we ship

We ship to the United States only.

Delivery time

Orders arrive in 8–15 days. Our products ship directly from our suppliers' warehouses, so an order with several items may arrive in more than one package.

Shipping cost

The shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When a tracking number is available for your order, we email it to you.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us through our contact page within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Our 30-day guarantee applies (see our refund policy).

Address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect an order after it has shipped.
